Mastery Not Being Promoted After recieving S- or Better
Hello Everyone, I've been receiving S- on Soraka or better for many games now, yet I notice my mastery stays on level 5 and won't go to 6. What's wrong ? How Can I fix it?

Because you get Shards to use in the Hextech Crafting system in order to achieve 6 and 7.
That's not how mastery levels 6 and 7 work. When you have mastery level 5 on a champion, getting an S- or better will give you a mastery 6 token (only available on normal and ranked Summoner's Rift). To upgrade to mastery level 6, you need 2 mastery 6 tokens and either champion shard or champion permanent, or 500 blue essence. You can upgrade while in the Hextech Crafting menu.
