[CLIENT] Moving the masteries window during champ select cannot be closed

On Teambuilder, when the window of the game is shifted slightly off the edge of the computer screen and you open the masteries tab to edit them, if you cannot see the 'x' or the close top right corner of the tab, you cannot close it and thus are unable to get back to the screen to press "ready". The window is locked where it is, and is unable to be moved. Both the client, and pop up window are stuck in place while the masteries are being edited. This is on a windows 7 computer.

1. In Teambuilder, open masteries with window shifted to the right off the screen.
2. Edit masteries
3. Unable to close or finish editing masteries. Note: they can be saved, but you cannot exit the masteries screen
