I have 3 chest available got s- on irelia and i got s on yi didn't get the chests

so yestarday i was playing Master yi and i got on him S but didn't get the chest i looked and i had 3 chests available today i played with Irelia got S- didn't get a chest so please can someone help me with this [sg-shisa]

Do you own both of them? You need to own the champion to get a chest of it.

Not to mention, you're limited to one chest per champ per season (if you do actually own both of them).

Have you been recently punished (with a ban or chat restriction) and/or is your honour level locked? Those are the only other things that can restrict you from getting chests.
