[CLIENT] Bot Summoner Spells on Loading Screen

Bots show the incorrect summoner spells on the loading screens. Flash shows up as Exhaust.

Replication: 100%, checked on 3 clients over 2 seperate machines and all showed this issue, it's actually been going on since 8.3 from memory.
