Not getting any progress on my LEC pass

I have watched many games and I am stuck at 2/3 games watched. Im watching the team I chose and no progress is given I am not getting any progress on watch & earn either.

Same for me, and if you send a ticket to their "Support service", they don't care at all and aswer "your fault, we don't care".

This shady company needs some checks.
