Refreshing Heavy hand buff

hello peeps!

ok so today i was playing around in the jungle and took down the krugs on red teams side, then backed and went to blue teams krugs. i was hoping to refresh the buff i smited from the redside camp with the blue krugs. however, the second buff renewed the timer BUT removed the auto attack counter and caused the buff to become useless by not stunning anymore, and yes i tryed to kit the targets more then 5 times in a row. im not sure if its relivant but i was using elise, and it was a custom game
