[GAMEPLAY] Arcade Sona - still not seeing the particles when playing as her

So Arcade Sona has had this problem where when you play her the particles at the edge of her Q do not appear, as well as the particles of her W and E.

A Rioter previously said they were looking into it but nothing came about, so I felt it necessary to bring this back to light.

Please fix?
