Runes not working

I just played a game as Cassiopeia with Phase Rush and no matter what I did, the rune just couldn't activate. The Swain on the enemy team also with Phase Rush said that the rune didn't activate for him as well. I have no idea what is causing this bug but i also heard this happening to some people with Electrocute. I really hope they fix this issue soon. [zombie-brand-clap]

Yeah, it's so broken just had a game on Vladimir on a new account and the phase rush didn't proc once throughout the entire game even with active items lmao
