Anyone else having this problem?

This happened 3 times now since the new patch, I queue up for a ranked game and accept. Enter champion select as first pick since i can hear the ban sound, but the screen is completely black. I can't do anything but look at my friends list.... lol and dodge. It's costed me 3 games now including a series. Everything seems to work fine if i'm not first pick though.
