Illaoi/Targon's Significant Bug

Hey rito, I've been playing Illaoi support, and frankly I like it a lot. But that's not what this post is about (directly, at least). Targon's executes minions. Using E summons a spirit of the target, and this spirit counts as a minion for the purposes of execution. I'm assuming this wasn't intended, since every other clone of a champion acts as a champion for targeting.
