League of legends Crashes on Launch of Load Screen

i have tried the hex tech repair tool, reinstalling 3 times, updating and downgrading graphics card drivers, and restarting my computer i have ran out of ideas and i have also sent a support ticket and they have not gotten back to me yet so i post here now
