[GAMEPLAY] Zyra can't flash mastery when dead

Since Zyra's old passive has been taken away (the mage rework) she is unable to flash mastery when dead. It's not a game affecting bug per se, but as a lvl 7 Zyra main there is no greater joy than getting a from the grave kill with the plants, and it's just not the same if I can't mastery flash. I can use my mastery on every other champ when dead (at least those I have mastery on) it's only on Zyra that it doesn't work
