I wanted to take advantage of the recent essence emporium to send my friend some ward skins, since I no longer use this account. But he's told me he hasn't recieved them, only the two icons I sent to him. He's tried relogging in, with no luck. It confirms that I've sent the gift, but nothing on his end. On my gifting history, there's no evidence that I sent the ward skins. Can someone help?

Hi, I had the exact same problem yesterday and today on EUW. Looks like a client issue to me! I live chatted with the support and they told me they'll look into it further on their end along with the devs, since it's not something on our end causing it apparently. Hope your post gets upvoted!
I've just sent him another 8 profile icons, which were sent through successfully. I understand it means I cannot trade, but I will be sending him more, hopefully ward skins, after the 24 hour cooldown, so let me know what other problems there may be.
