Really weird Karthus bug when stealing Elder Dragon with Ult + Runic Echoes.

I was in a game where I stole Elder Dragon with my ult + Runic Echoes. The pop of Runic Echoes got it, but when that happened the picture of Karthus stealing it had a white glitched border, and was all bugged out. It doesn't appear that way in the replay though so I didn't bother posting it. Everyone else in the game saw the bug as well.
