Fizz E wont work

Playing Void Fizz in an ARAM and everything was going fine until I bought Banshees Veil. Every time the passive spell shield was up I couldn't use my E =( If I tried to use it the message "This spell is not ready to be used" came up every time until the spell shield was down. Playing Fizz with no E isn't fun.
