Cannot Access Store
When I enter the store, it is just blank. I've logged in and out and nothing.[slayer-jinx-unamused]

Don't feel bad it's happening to me too.
This might be due to a connection issue between your client and the League of Legends servers. Can you try the solutions provided in the Troubleshooting Connection Issues article?
