[Client] Can't buy champion (I have ip to buy it but i can't)

I have 6606 ip, and i want to buy syndra (6300 ip). But i can't click and buy it. same to other 6300 ip champions.

Going back to the legacy (old) client and trying to buy Syndra there should fix the problem and re-sync your ip amount.

How can i going back to the old client? I clicked on legacy (old) client and nothing is happen?
