So uh this is annoying

Ok so this has been happening for quite a bit now and now i cant take it anymore. So over the course of the month my league client has been doing two things that many others have been experiencing, not too long ago I was waiting in queue for about 5 minutes not knowing the game refused to connect me then later on I reconnect to a "defeat" screen because my team remade, this has been an ongoing occurrence and it is beyond stupid that I am now forced to deal with a leavebuster because the client refused to connect me. Now before any of you say "Go check your network connection" two of my premade members experienced the same exact thing, if it was not for us telling them majority of the time the game had started they would have experienced the same thing and perhaps been given a leavebuster due to it. I am just wondering if it is a problem with my pc client etc? or is it a problem going on at riot HQ I'm just sick and tired of having to either come back to a game with a 3-4 level disadvantage against my enemy laner and then deal with the leavebuster, or have my team remake the game and be labeled as a "Leaver" and also resulting in a timer.

Ps, There is also the rare occurrence that my game crashes in the middle of the game, usually after i use an ability or when i back idk why that happens
