After Champ Select can't enter game

This has happen numerous times to me. I've got 10 game penalties because Riot thinks I dodged when I clearly didn't your game is just buggy. I lost lost two games and out of promos. I can't be the only person this is happening to. I make it all the way through champ select. Get the load in screen. Everyone else loads in, except me.
