My name and health bar continue to shake in game when i hold the locked screen button. When the character is locked on to me while I am moving, the health bar along with my name continue to shake.
I was experiencing a similar problem recently. After fiddling around with some settings I found vsync to be the culprit. I was able to remedy the shaking by disabling vsync in my graphics card's settings. Try enabling/disabling vsync in your in-game settings and graphics card settings to see if that fixes your problem too.
Have the same issue since 2 patches ago, The only fix I found was to switch to borderless mode. Really hope they fix this soon it's highly annoying, and borderline unplayable.
