Won't let me connected, my friend on the same que couldn't connect either, now I have Leaver Buster?

Dear Riots, I understand that there's some "toxic" ppl in the community who joins a que, pick whoever champ, and then leaves the game. Which not only it ruins the fun for some ppl, it also wasted their time, on que, pick/ban phase. But pls, if ur really gonna put a system that's gonna make a player unable to play b4 a couple minutes extra wait and also put it on 5 times in a row, even tho it's ain't there fault, bruh, Rito, pls fix that system. And also don't make it on auto-pilot so anytime if somebody leaves, but bcz of their internet got stopped and they tried to connect again or the client just won't let them, pls don't put Leaver Buster on em. I've been on Leaver Buster a couple times now, not bcz I purposely AFKed, it's cuz the client just glitched and then crash. I'm hoping this issue will be fixed on the upcoming new client, ty

My problem with the connection is the massive lag spike. While usually I have 230ms-270ms because I play overseas, my connection this past few weeks has gotten worse going from anywhere between 290ms-500ms.

While this could be a problem in my part, I've done a ping test that states my ping should be around 260 ms, I've done it multiple times too, which doesn't help the fact how I got 500 ms. This tends happens at around 6 PM (GMT+7) and hours after that. But now it's starting to happen more often, even at times when my ping should be fine.

Then I also have a problem in which I dc in hopes to help my ping, but it says connection failed.... Despite the fact that my connection to other servers being fine.
