Tahm Kench Blastcone + Krug Interaction

Hey, I don't actually know if this is a bug but I haven't seen any other champion experience this and I've experienced it twice over the last week so here goes; when Tahm Kench uses the Baron Blastcone in a certain way, he can get stuck BEHIND the topside Krugs and can't move at all.

I have actually died because of this once, but I couldn't stop laughing so I don't REALLY mind. I do think it might be a bug with champions with big hitboxes like Kench (maybe Braum, Alistar etc. are also affected?) so I wanted to report it.

As Kench if I need to escape I CAN eat the big krug with W and spit him out after I move past, but I'm not sure if other champions would ever be able to escape without clearing Krugs and if this happens early game especially to a low DMG support champion, you might get executed by Krugs because of this!
