0 RP and BE on a fresh PBE account.

For some reason my PBE account was created with 0RP and BE , i did the tutorial and everything but nothing happened. Is that a glitch or am i not supposed to have them yet?

From what I've heard you can get 100000 RP or so from the shop for 1 BE
