[GAMEPLAY] Didn't get a reward from a Quest

So i did a Quest in the new Pool Party event (Fun in the not-sun) and one of the rewards i should've gotten a emote, and i did i saw it, it was a Miss Fortune one i think, you see i don't know if its new so i need to wait for it to release or something else but when i clicked "Unlock Emote Permanent" i checked my emote menu to set the emote for "Ace" and i didn't see it, i checked my loot, nothing. I am not sure whats happening can someone explain issue. And yes i am positive its a Emote , i saw the Hextech Mystery Emote icon. I double Checked when i went to home page to be sure its an emote.
