No remake option

I was duoing in ranked and my friends client crashed and he couldnt get it to work, he didnt connect at all into the game untill it was 6min and there was no remake option.

I've also noticed remake being buggy. It says on the site if a player is inactive for 90 seconds you can remake but it doesn't always work. Also, the way you worded your question kind of makes it sound like you were waiting for a remake box to appear. I'm not sure if that's what you meant but you gotta type /remake in chat.
