Trouble getting RP!

Not sure if this goes here but is anyone else having trouble putting rp into your account by way of subway gift cards through openbucks. I have restarted my client and my computer and nothing has worked. When I clicked the payment option (openbuck/the one with the gift card icon) and then click the amount I wanted it just goes to a white screen.....any help is appreciated. THX!
