Nidalee's spears invisible if thrown from fog of war (4.20 patch bug)

I have noticed in every game played against a Nidalee since the 4.20 patch that if her spears are thrown from the fog of war (the opposing team does not have vision of her when she throws the spear) then the team cannot see the enemy nidalee's spears. Please help this post to get attention if you have experience the same issue. Thanks!
