Rank Ban Bug

I have gotten a rank ban 3 days ago of 27 games. I accept it. I was being stupid. So i started playing my normal draft games. won 1 t went dwn to 26. After i won one it never went down when i played more. I have to win 3 matches in draft to knock it dwn 1. i have it at 23. I opened a ticket about it. League support wont listen and transfer me to a player behavior specialist. Like im trying to report a bug and they wont listen to me can anyone help me out here or something?
