Client, Crash

As a committed league player if I were to dodge a game or leave a game simply because of something as small as an attitude, I would humbly accept the punishment, but as of recently I've been using the new client and it will crash on me, or just simply not load during launch time at the beginning of a game. This is the 3rd time I've been paced in a lower priority queue because of it, I can't do this anymore Im sick of these 20 minute wait times, and I'm asking if you guys can take me out of it. I love playing league but i can't do this wait time anymore, Im trying to rank up, not deal with this bs any longer . Please fix it .
