Kalista randomly stops auto-attacking?

it's only happened to me a few times (and while not in combat- thank the lord), but a bug is a bug.

the items i had on me where boots- tier 1 or berserker greaves, and parts of or the full items static shiv and infinity edge, although i don't feel it's an issue with items.

While farming and using her passive dash sometimes kalista would stop auto attacking and wouldn't continue even if i targeted a minion. I would have to click to a different direction and have her walk before she would attack again. This happened at least once on her release date and the day after, although i have not played her much recently and am not sure if it's still happening.

Anyone else getting this?
