Shaco skin is bugged

Shaco masked skin animations are bugged and are not the right ones for the skin. Before they were blue and have different particles and stuff and now they are the same as the classic shaco skin

Thanks for the report! ^-^ This is a known issue on our part, and you should see a fix for this in the next patch (6.23).
