Cant load in a game. Please Help!

After i select champion and everything seems ready to start. Poooop nothing comes up, and i never join to the loading screen , i have the reconnect button from the client that does nothing ofc. That problem appeared today morning without me changing or downloading nothing to my pc since yesterday that i was playing normally!
