Yes I noticed. I think whenever he uses ghost, the particle trail continues to follow him even after the effect wears off. Since he probably uses ghost multiple times during a game, there will be multiple trails which makes him look very blue.

Same thing happened to Teemo's W trail few years ago. Only I think it also applied to the live game itself and slowed down the whole game due to too many particle effects.
