Sion Ult Bug

When you use Sion's ultimate and successfully collide with an enemy, it keeps him in his ult for a split second and doesn't let you activate q instantly and completely screws over team-fights when it happens. It doesn't happen 100% of the time, but in my last 3 games as Sion it has happened about 6 times. Sorry I don't have any videos or pictures to send in with this report. But please fix! Thank you!

I mostly only play Sion and I am getting this bug every time i hit somebody with an ult. The q just refuses to go off, and makes comboing somebody nearly impossible.
