Watching a game my buddies on right now, he just died to the jinx because he knocked her back with his R, then Jinx's rocket came out from where he ulted her at, then later it came out the instant she was knocked back. is this a bug or what?

It's an unstoppable ultimate, unless you kill the person ulting before the ult goes off, it will cast.

Just like Lux's ultimate
