FPS drops on Top lane only

So this has been going on for a while and i thought it might be patch related, but its been 3 patches now and its not fixing. Every time i play Top lane (secondary main role) i get these FPS drops to 20 and its so choppy and it ONLY happens when i play Top. I cleaned the PC from everything, no viruses or old files even repaired the league installation but the FPS drops are still there. Does anyone have/had the same problem and what might be the issue ?
