I dont think this is a bug but, in the past 2 days i have so much lag becouse of my low fps wich is 20, more or less. I restarted the pc, the modem, router, at some point the fps went to 100 but after 10 minutes went back to 20 the whole game. This is sick because i can't play and my internet is so powerful but in game it's seems 0. So for the moment my internet or pc is not the problem, but i asking what is happening? Not to say that even in training or practice tool is low.

Your internet ≠ low fps issues.

Your internet is tied to your ms(ping), while your fps is tied to your computer's components.

If you would be as kind as to post your system specs that would greatly help in solving the issue of your low frames in-game.

You checked temperatures of CPU and GPU? Sounds like there could be the problem.

League of Legends does not request a good PC, i played the game with the same Gpu but with a cpu of 3000 dual core and 3 gb ram ddr2. And runned smoothly, so the PC i have now is a God over the old one. I might blame the hard drive wich is old and might have problems on running the game but the problem is it started this week and last week i was playing with over 100 fps. And even in training or practice tool where doesnt need to much internet is about 20. I will at some point change the windows even i did it last week. Maybe the internet provider, i will ask for more power. But is to strange that the fps droped to 20 so suddenly. The moment i realised i have fps 20 it was when i started a game on monday. From then it rised to 100 after i restarted the pc modem and router but went back and stood there. I think temperature is not big, and neither over the limit.
