No health bar or bottom HUD in game and client dodges me itself [GAMEPLAY] [CLIENT]

I was in my promos for silver 4 and I get into a game as Kayn. When the game loads in I cannot see anyones health bar or name and the bottom HUD is glitched out. I've encountered this problem before and only occurs when I play Kayn (I use the soul hunter skin if that makes a difference). I fixed it previously by reloading the game, but before I reload, the team remakes, which is understandable. This gives me leaverbuster and a loss on my promos (Can someone tell me if this reduces my MMR as well). I wait the 20 minutes for the leaverbuster and in champion select someone dodges, but the game tells me I dodged even though I didn't. This makes me have to wait another 20 minutes. If anyone knows why this happens and would know any fixes that would be much appreciated. (Summoner name is LuctoseFructose).
