For introducing LP penalties. While I write this as proove that my internet works, I'm in draft pick from ranked, and can't reconnect to pvp.net I figured Id give LoL a try after months of only playing normals, but I got disappointed again. Then again I'm only in plastic 9, so why do I care. I just find it amusing how you punish indivicduals for pvp.net problems.

Also about placement matches. With my experience so far - 4 out of 10 games theres 1 team with an afk. not exactly fair, is it. I'd recommend reintroducing loss prevented, at least for placement matches and promotion series.
