[Game Play] I cant level up abilities, use summoner spells or scroll around the map.

Ever since the server has moved to Chicago I've been having major issues, slow load times unexpected crashes and high ping but the most frustrating of all is a glitch in the game where my hud seems to be malfunctioning. I can't hit any buttons on my hud nor can I hit any in the option screen I also can't scroll around my map or use my mini map (if I want to move my vision of the map I have to lock my screen or hold the space bar), also quick commands such as A to auto attack the nearest target do not work. The store also does not open when I click on it and when I hit P to open it up I can't browse the items. This glitch happens about every other game or so and usually starts from the beginning of the game with the exception of one game where I lagged out at 25 min and had to re load and when I did my game was glitched. I run the Mac Beta version of the game with the fallowing specs.

Please help me Riot!!! I really like your game and have invested a small fortune on skins and champs at this point though I cant even play, I am looking forward to a response.
