[Client] W're unable to log you in because you may be offline.

I haven't played League in a while, so I downloaded and fresh installed the client. After it updated and all, I get the regular log in screen with the 'welcome to league of legends' screen animation. The username and password boxes are greyed out (as well as the sign in button) and I can't type anything in them. Above it it has a message in red, "We're unable to log you in because you may be offline."

I'm not offline, I can access other stuff on the same network. I tried to do the game-flow-patcher lock fix as advised by others, but that line isn't in the config file.
