Chat Broken

question, are you guys using comcast in either colorado or utah, it seems the problem primarily happens with those using comcast in these two places.

I'm in the same boat, so i can't tell what roles are being called.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem, I've tried firewall, reinstalling, repairing, disconnecting from internet, running as admin, changing my password. Rito isn't much here, most of the post about the chat are outdated so, yeah. Rito ples.

Having the same issue cant see my online friends or roles also lags when selecting a champ stay away from ranked while this is happening. I've re logged at least 5x's. Somethings up with the chat servers the apps wont load either.

Havin the same problem. I'm a comcast user in Colorado.

There's a temporary fix by changing your VPN to something else. This of course will put a rise on Ping.

I average about 35 ping and played a few games through a different VPN and averaged about 120 ping.

I used "SoftEther VPN Client Manager", which is a free download.

Only real solution right now until the chat is fixed. /:
