Computer Crashes After Log In

2 days ago LoL was working fine, and nothing was wrong. Yesterday, I logged in like normal and after about 1-2 seconds, the client froze, after about another second my mouse and computer froze. I restarted my computer and did a repair on the client. It worked and the rest of the night went smoothly. Today, I tried logging in and the same thing happened, so I tried restarting and doing another repair, which only took about 5 minutes. Started it up, logged in, and it froze. Did this multiple times and it just kept freezing. I could not CTRL + ALT + Delete or ALT + TAB. I tried waiting it out but after about 10 minutes I just gave up. I have tried resetting my computer, repairing the client multiple times, reinstalling the game and running as admin.

My Specs should be no issue as i can run everything on high without dropping below 55 FPS, but the only thing that I can think of that might be an issue is the OS, which is 8.1

Really hope this can be solved fairly soon, as the new ARAM map looks pretty nice.

EDIT : I also tried going into the properties of the file and making it compatiable with Win 7 AND 8.1, did not work.

i had the same problem just uninstall the update. you can do this by going to control panel, going to "programs and features" then "installed updates" fine the most recent windows update right click then uninstall (it should be around 7/20 if you are reading this much later) it will still freeze when it launches but it will subside withing a minute (for me at least) if this does not fix it i am sorry.
