Every time I try to download iLoL, it doesn't work/load

Can anybody help me with this issue? I had the iLoL beta through boompje, i tried opening it after a long time of not playing (between Braum's release and the present), and it told me it was out dated/wouldnt load. I uninstalled, am trying to download the official iLoL client, and it's not loading the install/patching screen, or anything to be exact. Any help?
