bots are able to get the blackfire torch as an item in twisted treeline even though it was removed in patch 5.2 (i think thats the right patch number) Really obnoxious they can get it, but real players cannot

In that support ticket you should link the video and say you believe the person is a predator. He / She was asking for nudes of you and your friends. Along with the other very disturbing things he or she said, even when knowing the age you presented yourself as. That person could just be kidding around, however they could be pure evil preying on innocent children.
Please link the video to support (via ticket) telling them you believe that person is a predator.

SSJTribe1 votesThis has been brought up a bunch. Basically due to the way the store is coded, items are only removed for the human players. Garen/Volibear will buy Atma's Impaler, Annie can buy DFG/Blackfire torch, and so on.
