bots are able to get the blackfire torch as an item in twisted treeline even though it was removed in patch 5.2 (i think thats the right patch number) Really obnoxious they can get it, but real players cannot
on the bright side gives us more of a way to identify bots with more proof for riot to ban them

i know ryze keeps getting it and i think a zyra did once too. ryze for sure
This has been brought up a bunch. Basically due to the way the store is coded, items are only removed for the human players. Garen/Volibear will buy Atma's Impaler, Annie can buy DFG/Blackfire torch, and so on.
