Blank during champion select

Usually, after accepting a game, it should lead to a champion select window, but recently, the window pops up blank and when I tried quitting it says will lead to loss, whatsoever... i hate to say but already because of bad connection i get ban (this problem is unintentional) now a bug appears and again riot game will assume i left the game if i quit (consequently lead to another or permanent ban) during that blank window supposed to be champion selection.... someone know what to handle with this situation? my connection speed has improved recently (and hoped it stayed that way)..
