[CLIENT]Unknown Error Occurred Frequently

Hello,

I opened a support ticket and was advised to post here. I've been having issues with the LoL menu client. In-game my connection is fairly stable and sits at ~28 ms. However, when in queue and champ select, my client seems to lose connection. The AFK check does not pop up and neither do the ban/lock in screens (I have literally lost ~80 lp from involuntary dodging). I have tried disabling IP Helper, Peer to Peer transfer, using a VPN, altering my adapter config, and googling further advice to no avail. Does anyone know a fix for this issue? (I've also reinstalled and repaired the client) Any insight would be great.
