Patch 6.6 Kennen Ult Invisible on ARAM

I just finished a game of ARAM at 11:42PM CDT and the Kennen on the enemy team would ult and the sound effects would occur but there was no vision of his Ult at all. He did this probably 4 or 5 times throughout the game with no vision on any of them. At the end of the game he also reported that he wasn't able to see his ult either.
