Homeguard Boots Bug

If you have homeguard boots, the speed buff is applied to your character. Once the buff has been applied you can sell the boots and buy an item to replace them. You will still have the homeguard speed buff and can run very quickly out of base just as if you had the boots. Of course this would have to be repeated each time you go back.
