I can't play anything other than blind pick. The game tells me that i don't own 20 or more champions, but i have 73 champions. I tried to use the built in repair in client settings, it only gave me my friends list back wich also was a problem. Also i can't enter the "EMOTES" section under collection: (Sorry! were unable to access your emotes loadout. Please try again, or contact player support if the problem persists. Error code. EM05)

I have no idea how this bug accured?!

Sounds like your client is super corrupt. Grab Riot's Hextech Repair Tool and check both the box for 'Reinstall' and 'Clean Uninstall', then hit the Start button. This will wipe all files associated with League to ensure corruption doesn't carry over, then reinstalls the game.
